Tasting notes

An elegant color
Pale yellow with golden highlights. The bubbles are fine and form a long-lasting and delicately creamy foam ring.

A bright nose
Aromas of red fruits, cherries, evolving then on candied fruit flavors.

A subtle palate

Very well-balanced, ample with a distinguished end with a beautiful persistence.

Tasting
To be enjoyed with the finest dishes: thin slices of fish, such as red tuna or salmon, fresh fruit or as an aperitif.
