Have you always dreamed of opening a bottle of Champagne with a firm hand or of participating in its elaboration? During this unique workshop, you will be able to learn how to saber a Champagne to perfection or to disgorge it yourself by hand. A performance followed by the tasting of the bottle opened by you.

We invite you in the cellar, to discover the sparkle of the harvest. Cellar visit, grape and must tasting, loading of a press and microscope analysis are on the program. Without forgetting the traditional tasting
