This traditional aperitif is made exclusively from Champagne grapes: the juice (must) is blended at the exit of the press with Champagne brandies. Of a beautiful golden color, the Ratafia presents subtle aromas of grapes, dried fruits and spices (18° vol). Gourmet, the mouth combines fleshiness and freshness and offers a long and fruity finish.
Serve chilled as an aperitif. For the amateurs, it also marries wonderfully with melon, Italian ham, pan-fried foie gras and figs, and also seduces with all the soft cheeses.
